Themes will be presented to you in an easy to conceptualize manner. If you choose to go the classy and elegant Mediterranean look, they can have an example to base on. Should you decide to have Asian accents, Oriental design will be explained and various home pieces will be suggested. Now, if country style is what you're leaning to, American ranch houses will be featured.

Second, decide on a color that will complement the look of the house and bring the elements together. Whether you like bold shades such sea blue, moss green, tangerine, hot pink or deep plum, it doesn't really matter. After all, you would be the one living in your own house for a long period of time. Let other people have their safe shades such as cream, off white, beige or taupe. Remember, different strokes for different folks. Consequently, if you have a bigger area, ensure that your equipments and accessories will not get drowned because they are too small to be noticed. This simple act of proportioning your stuff to the size of the room may seem like a no-brainer but failing to follow these rules will result to a disorganized set up.
